Nowadays, all these companies that want to be successful must adapt to the dynamism of the new markets and to the technological values that are constantly changing. For that reason, they must have qualified and cultivated workers that give an added value to their services.
The ICT Cluster entrusts Dicampus with the teaching of a training itinerary of E-learning Pedagogical Methodologies.
Dicampus is a company officially approved by the INEM (employment organization) for the teaching of several training courses related to the e-learning methodology. It is the fifth consecutive year in which we teach the course “Developer of Multimedia Contents”, getting a high percentage of recruited students above 60%.
Dicampus offers an efficient management training service included in our Strategic Plan through mechanisms such as:
- Study of the needs and goals of the company: Taylor-made training that starts from a previous analysis of the needs and diagnosis of the training goals.
- Planning, starting and carrying out training projects: we design and teach training projects paying special attention to the adaptation of contents, the creation of new materials and the teaching, either on-site, blended or e-learning.
- Continuous Training with bonus: Administrative management of the continuous training of workers through the National Training Agreements and according to the Royal Decree 1046/2003.
